Massage for Runners

The Sports Training and Massage Center’s Massage Therapist, Laura Toth, had the pleasure of attending and providing therapeutic massage for runners at the 12th annual 5K Runfest race this Sunday, September 15 at Paul VI Catholic High School in Fairfax, VA.  This race benefiting the school’s nationally renowned “Options” program for special needs students was hosted by the Paul VI Cross Country Team.  Laura wanted to thank Sue Bucaro, one of the race organizers, for taking such great care of the volunteers.  Also, Laura wanted to pass on a big thank you Melanie, “Mel,” a Physical Therapist from INOVA in Springfield, VA, for being such a great partner to work with!  Congratulations on a successful event for a great cause!
