Fitness comes in all shapes in sizes
A personal training session involves an initial one hour health and orthopedic review, fitness assessment, and goal discussion/setting. After the initial session, the sessions thereafter will be 45 minutes of one on one personal focus. With the results of the assessment and desire goals, the sessions will cater to the client more specifically.
Health and Wellness Coaching
The health and wellness program is geared towards individuals who are serious about changing their nutrition and/or sedentary lifestyle. These individuals are looking for professional support, accountability, and coaching. Health and wellness involves an initial consult lasting sixty to ninety minutes. There is an in depth health history questionnaire, orthopedic questionnaire, fitness assessment, and short and long term goal setting discussion. After the initial consult, clients will be required to commit to a sixteen week program.
There are two packages to choose from:
Custom Coaching package includes: weekly training programs via Training Peaks basic account, unlimited phone/email support, and one monthly one-on-one session. Rate: $150/month. If there is a need to meet more than once a month the rate will be slightly higher.
Online Coaching package includes: monthly training programs via Training Peaks basic account and unlimited phone/email support. Rate: $90/month.
