Kimberley Kruse

Kimberley Kruse

ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Triathlon Coach, ACE Certified Health Coach.

Kimberley has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Management with an emphasis in exercise science from Bowling Green State University. After completing an internship in New York City and spending a couple more years there as a personal trainer, Kimberley moved back to Washington DC to operate a corporate fitness facility for a major law firm. Kimberley then worked for a personal training facility in northern Virginia and then built a personal training business that she has been running for several years. Kimberley has been a personal trainer for over 26 years.

As an athlete, Kimberley competed in a NCAA Division 1 track and field program at BGSU. She was a 400 and 100 meter hurdler. After college she went on to train and complete nine marathons (including five Boston marathons), five Ironman triathlons, and has represented the USA in four Long Course Triathlon World Championships (Team USA).

Laura Toth

Laura Toth

Registered Kinesiotherapist, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Posture Specialist.

Laura completed her undergraduate work in anatomy/physiology and graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology, a minor in Biology and an emphasis in Cardiac Rehabiliation.

At Jacksonville (FL) Cardiovascular Clinic, Laura completed an exercise specialist internship in which she closely monitored and created therapeutic excercise programs for patients after they received cardiac surgeries. Laura also completed a Kinesiotherapist internship in Chicago, IL and at Washington, D.C. Veterans Hospital.

Laura was involved in the implementation of rehabilitative exercise programs for patients who had experienced orthopedic injuries, amputee patients, and patients suffering from chronic conditions.

In 1993, Laura received her Massage Therapy certification in Chicago, IL and has continued to practice massage therapy and to combine soft tissue work with therapeutic exercise to rehabilitate.
